The Craft Bakers Association (CBA) has appointed Katie Hollis as Recruitment and Retention Administrator.

Katie, who joined the CBA recently, is the new point of contact for all CBA membership enquiries and will support Director of Operations Karen Dear and the rest of the CBA team in ensuring members receive the guidance and advice they need.

Katie has over ten years’ experience in similar roles, including with American Express, so brings with her an excellent understanding of how to help members maximize memberships.

Katie Hollis, Recruitment and Retention Administrator at the Craft Bakers Association said; “I am looking forward to getting to know the bakers in our CBA membership and providing them with all the help and advice they need to be able to make the most of the opportunities that lie ahead.”
Karen Dear, Director of Operations at the Craft Bakers Association said; “Our number one aim at the CBA is to provide the very best support and guidance to our members, so that they and the wider craft baking industry can continue to thrive. We know Katie will be a great asset to the CBA team and support us in our efforts to do just this.”

The CBA represents approximately 500 bakery businesses in England, Wales and Northern Ireland – supporting a total of 3,000 shops on the high street (alongside wholesale companies and specialised confectionery businesses).
