The Cake & Bake Show will return to ExCeL, London this autumn complete with all the ingredients to whip up its eighth show-stopping year.
A collection of the nation’s best loved bakers, TV personalities, experts and big-name baking brands will come together at ExCeL, London from 4 – 6 October with a feast of culinary inspiration, shopping and entertainment.
Bursting with baking brilliance, a stellar line up of celebrity names will be showing off their skills and prowess with show stalwarts Rosemary Shrager and Eric Lanlard hosting a series of demonstrations on the main stage alongside GBBO favourites Candice Brown, Selasi Gbormittah, Paul Jagger, Briony May and Karen Wright, and a myriad of other well-known names including Rosie Cake Diva and Mollie Robbins of Extreme Cake Makers fame and YouTube baking sensation, Katie Pix over the three day run.
Alongside the celebrities and experts cooking up a storm in The Baking Theatre there will be an impressive array of live demonstrations and audience interaction – including workshops and demonstrations brought to you by Le Cordon Bleu – skills classes, tea tasting with National Tea Day, free-from specialists, book signings, competitions, baking markets, displays and a bounty of pop-up shops showcasing all the latest trends and retailing tools and supplies to whet any baker and cake maker’s appetite.
Big name brands, KitchenAid, Lindt, Tefal and Le Cordon Bleu remain an integral part of the event with sponsorship brand activation on the show floor, alongside over 200 other well-respected suppliers, all available to shop.
Entry to the much-coveted Cake & Bake Competition has launched online with show organisers confirming the theme as Illusion Cakes; a hit trend of entirely edible creations that simply look like anything other than cake. And this year celebrates the addition of a Junior Baking Competition, encouraging the younger generation to grab an apron and get creative in the kitchen!
