Summary
Elegantly designed with the European customer in mind, the new bread maker creates authentic oval shaped crispy crust, as if fresh from the local bakery

Delicious hard crust bread is made possible thanks to next generation baking, kneading and dough-rising technology

Home bakers can craft a versatile selection of breads, cakes, fruity jam and fresh pizza dough with multiple auto-programmes

August 29th 2018 – From October 2018, baking beginners and enthusiasts can bite into an authentic hard crust loaf baked in their own home, thanks to the ZP2000 – Panasonic’s new innovative Bread Maker.

Building on 30 years’ experience of baking innovation, the ZP2000 inspires effortless culinary creativity by combining three key baking innovations. Catering for family mealtimes and social occasions couldn’t be simpler than with the 18 convenient auto-programmes for baking everything from cakes, pizza dough and jam to gluten-free breads at the touch of a button.

Create the Perfect Artisan Crust
Easily and automatically bake delicious authentic breads with crispy crust right at home with your choice of ingredients. A superb combination of the blade and ribs in the pan replicate the kneading techniques of artisans.

Switch Off, While Your Bread Maker Switches On
When the ZP2000 switches on, you can switch off and relax while two state-of-the-art temperature sensors work in unison to ensure the dough rises consistently during the baking process.

To avoid any baking mishaps, the machine cleverly uses information from both sensors to select the optimum programme to rise and rest the dough in any environment. One sensor measures the internal temperature of the bread maker, while an innovative second sensor gauges the ambient room temperature.

At-Home Bakers Oven That Fits On Your Kitchen Worktop
Unlike traditional bread makers that feature a bottom-only heater, the ZP2000 mimics a traditional baker’s oven with a newly optimised heating structure. A reflective inner lid and central heater surrounding the ceramic pan work together to ensure a stable baking temperature for a consistently crispy and authentic crust.

The Panasonic ZP2000 Hard Crust Bread Maker will be available to purchase from October 2018 in an elegant black colourway to complement any modern kitchen counter with its simplistically sleek design.
