Leading naturally gluten free flour and food brand FREEE has secured a supermarket listing for its gluten free baking mixes with Waitrose & Partners. The Seeded Bread Mix (500g, £3.50), White Bread Mix (500g, £3.00) and Pancake Mix (300g, £2.00) will be available in stores nationwide from 19th August.
Requiring the addition of just two ingredients, the mixes meet the demand for quick and simple gluten free home baking solutions, using a premium and naturally gluten free product. Each mix incorporates speciality ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, flaxseed and chickpea flour that tap into the current consumer interest in premium baking options, across both the regular and free from baking categories.
The Seeded Bread Mix and White Bread Mix are both free from gluten, milk, peanuts and egg and the Pancake Mix is free from gluten and egg. All three mixes are suitable for those following a kosher diet and can be made vegan friendly when following the back-of-pack vegan recipes.
