Bakkavor Group, the leading international provider of fresh prepared food, is delighted to announce that applications for its 2019 Graduate Scheme are now open.
The Group is aiming to recruit 21 enthusiastic new graduates across seven different programmes by 2019, each one of which puts them on the fast track to senior management by giving real responsibility from the start. Its seven different programmes cover Product Development, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Food Technology, Marketing and Commercial Sales & Management.
The 2019 intake will mean that Bakkavor has recruited over 130 graduates over recent years which is testament to the company’s commitment to investing in the future talent of the business.
The Graduate Scheme involves a small number of placements in different business units, doing real jobs from day one, whilst being guided through a tailored leadership training programme. The scheme looks to develop a number of specialist roles to support the business’s future growth.
Each programme offers a competitive starting salary and a signing on bonus.
